Parking

For visitors coming by car, several parking options are available. All lots and garages are shown on the parking map.

Parking on the weekend is free in any surface (non-garage) lot.

Parking is available in any of the garages for $2/hour or $12/day.

During the week, parking is available in any student lot for $6/day, using Pay By Phone mobile parking. When registering, please select location #5179 for the Storrs campus.

Visitors staying in the dorms, please follow the instructions above to register with Pay By Phone. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted in the Resident Student & Commuter Student lot (light green on map). All other student lots (blue, purple, pink) permit overnight parking.

Campus

The Nathan Hale Inn is located on campus, a few minutes by foot from the conference venue. A group rate of $180 per night is available by calling the hotel at 860-427-7888, and mentioning the group name “ASL Annual Meeting”. Space is limited, so please make your reservation early.

*SOLD OUT* Several on-campus dormitories have been reserved. The rates are $50.25 per person per night for a single room, and $33 per person per night for a double. All dormitories have shared baths.

Nearby Hotels

The Residence Inn Marriott is located in Manchester, about 15 minutes away by car. A group rate of $144 per night is available by calling the hotel at 860-432-4242, or directly online, and mentioning the group name “ASL Annual Meeting”.

The Best Western Regent Inn is located in Willimantic, about 10 minutes away by car. The hotel is easily accessible from campus by public transit, using the Willimantic-Storrs City Bus. The closest stop to the location of the meeting is on Route 195, just across the Great Lawn. The closest stop to the hotel is by the Big Y Supermarket. Please see the schedule.
